friendlyway offers a simple and very intuitive yet comprehensive solution, which can be installed in public places with complex environment. friendlyway wayfinding solution provides the user with a detailed map, showing multiples floors. The touch screen functionality allows selecting the destination from the list or immediately on the map. The required location is automatically highlighted on the map and the system draws a path to the end point.
The user also gets auxiliary information related to the needed location, for example a detailed store description, including text and picture. A large module at the top of the screen allows displaying advertising spots. The solution also allows including info about current promotions by adding interactive banners, which contain information on gifts and offers and direct the user to the necessary shop.
friendlyway wayfinding solution is provided with administration interface, which requires no coding to make changes. The system can be modified by the operator within minutes and the changes are displayed on all screens in real time.
